平日 朝 8:30 ころ。
駐車スペース は、バス、トラック が無く、ガラ空き。
フードコート も、レストラン も、共に 空いてる…
… と、こちらの レストラン に 入った。
レストラン は、入り口 脇の レジ で、前払い制。
注文したのは…
★ 黒醤油磯海苔ラーメン ¥850
思いの外、すぐに 配膳される。
客は、自分 1人だが…
… なんだか 早すぎる。
さて置き。
その ラーメン は、その名の 通り、黒醤油と、たっぷりの 磯海苔で、真っ黒。
小さな チャーシュー 1切れと、メンマ が 少量 入ってる。
麺は、黄色っぽい 縮れ麺、ゴワゴワ 食感。
スープ は、ちょい塩っぱいが、円やかな 味。
果たして、麺と スープの 相性は、これが 正解なの だろうか？
自分は イマイチ に 感じる。
たっぷり入った 磯海苔は、美味しいが…
… まぁ、そんな ところ。
