国道８号線を長岡から新潟方面に走っていると、いつも気になるラーメンののぼり。
ちょうど昼食時だったのでおじゃましました。
入り口付近に「マスターのおすすめ、あごだしで作ったラーメン」の張り紙が。
テーブル席が空いていたので着席し、スタッフさんに迷わずラーメンをオーダーです。
１０分くらいで着丼。
まずはスープを一口。
喫茶店とは思えない本格的な正統派中華そば。
これは美味い。
出汁は出しゃばらず、醤油の風味もしっかり味わえます。
麺の茹で加減もいい感じ。
具材はチャーシュー２枚、メンマ、サヤエンドウ、ネギ、かまぼこ。
チャーシューがまた美味い。
柔らかすぎず、硬すぎず、肉の旨味を感じます。
美味しくいただきました。
