2008年創業の老舗洋菓子店。
長岡駅徒歩3-4分程度の場所にある当店は新潟県唯一のスイーツ百名店。
サクサクと軽いパイ生地で持ち歩きできるミルフィーユ。
注文してから作るため出来立てを味わうことができます。
この日は開店時間の朝10:30頃に訪問しましたが、もうすでに数組待ちがありました。
15分程度並び自分の番になったのが11:00頃。そのタイミングで出来上がりが13:00ぐらいと言われたので、受け取るのに待ちが2時間ほど。出来立て提供なのと1人のシェフが作ってるのでそれぐらいかかるのでしょう。
名前や連絡先を聞かれて、指定の時間に受け取れるチケットをもらえるので、待ち時間はもちろん店舗を離れてもOK。
全種類食べましたが、ベースがカスタードクリームで甘すぎず食べやすいパイでした。
新潟に来たら訪問すべきスイーツ店。
