本日はこちらへ！
長岡駅から徒歩圏内にある、市内唯一のスイーツ百名店になります。到着予定が16時頃と少し遅めだったこともあり、念の為取り置きの電話を3時間前くらいかな？しておきましたが、これが大正解！お店に着くと、本日は完売の札が…あぶねぇ〜笑
取り置きの品をいただき、近くのカフェでカフェラテを購入し準備万端！すぐに車でいただきました。
・プレーン 310円/税込
一見シュークリームのような形で包まれたパイ、プレーンはカスタードクリームがサンドされてます。食べてみると、パリッパリのサックサク！多層で、1層1層が驚くほど薄い、故にこの限りなくエアリーな心地良い食感が実現出来るのでしょう。合わさるは、濃厚なカスタードクリーム。ちょっと固めで、生地がこのパリパリ感だからこそ、しっかりしたクリームが際立ってました。

これは食べられてよかった…。1つ310円という価格帯もお手軽だし、何よりパイ生地の食感が他では食べられない代物。伺う際は予約をオススメします。
