GW中に美味しいミルフィーユが食べたくてお伺いしました。
10時に長岡に到着する新幹線に乗り、駅から歩いて5分ほどでお店に到着しました。ほぼ開店直後に着いたのですがすでに5名ほどの行列ができていました。
5分ほど待って注文、こちらでは注文を受けてから生地とクリームを合わせるとのことです。
人気No.1のプレーンと好物のラムレーズンの2種類を注文、店外で待っていると5分もただずに店員さんが外まで届けてくれました。
生地はサクサクなのに食感はミルフィーユのフワフワで美味しくいただけました。プレーンはカスタードが好みの甘さで、ラムレーズンは種類の異なる甘味が良いアクセントになってました。
新幹線を使って食べに来て良かったです。
