「担々麺650円」
もう15年目くらいの店なのだが、認知度の低い店。徒歩圏の客がぽつぽつと利用する程度なのだが、新型感染症の状況下もひょうひょうと生き延びた。ここ10年くらいは利用していなかったが、久しぶりに来てみた。メニューも雰囲気も変わっていない。…ついでに、値段もあんまり変わってないぞ！
担々麺650円をオーダー。白っぽい麺で18番中太麺。スープはシャバ系。もやし炒めと肉みそが載ったピリ辛ラーメンだ。やや少なめの肉みそは、すぐ丼の底に沈んでしまう。
スープが面白くて、塩ラーメンベースみたいな感じ。醤油ダレを感じない。肉っ気が無く、サッパリしている。ラー油の辛さがだんだん蓄積されてくる。
650円にしては十分な内容。十年前は年に2～3回利用していた。ちなみに、「香港ラーメン」というメニューが目を引くが、ローカルフリーペーパーに写真が載っていたことがあって、醤油ラーメンに目玉焼きを載せたものだった。
