親戚にススメられて訪問。
ディナーの予約は満席だったため、ランチに行きました。
家族4人で注文したのは、ハラミ定食3人前、和牛カルビ定食、センマイ刺、豚足、特上ミノ焼、野菜スープ、塩ラーメン2人前。
タレは、甘くなく、しょっぱくなくコチュジャンとも合う。
ハラミは歯応えがあり、和牛カルビは見た目より脂っこくはなく、柔らかい。
特上ミノは、シャキシャキした食感♡
塩ラーメンは、親戚からススメられたので注文。スープは生姜が効いていて、正直しょっぱい。
チャーシュー3枚入、麺も多めでかなりボリュームあり！
センマイ刺は、コリコリ食感でネギ、きゅうりが和えてあり美味しかった。
スタッフは短パン、Tシャツで中にはマッチョなスタッフもいて元気がよくて感じ良かった(^^)
1皿の肉は、ちょっと少なめな気がしますが、チェーン店の焼肉屋は食べ放題が多く年齢的にだんだん厳しい（笑）
私には、こうゆうお店がいいです♪
