ちゃんぽんといえばリンガーハットのイメージなのですガ、ＴＶによりますとちゃんぽんは地域によって様子が違うらしい。と理由づけして他のラーメンが見てみたいが本音 ((^┰^))ゞ
船場さんのちゃんぽんは
広東麺のとろみがソフトになったようなスープです。野菜が沢山でエビが１つ入り美味しくいただきました。ナミナミとしたスープの中で麺が泳いでいるのは船場さんの特徴です。イメージしていたものとは確かに様子は違いました。
