土曜日の昼時、初訪問です。
道を挟んで、駐車するには十分な駐車場があります。
暖簾をくぐり、戸を開けるとまずは新型コロナウイルス対策で手をアルコール消毒するように声をかけてくれます。
テーブル席に案内され着席、噂に聞いている”サッポロ”を注文です。
初訪問なので、店内に流れる時間にいまいち慣れず、ちょいドキドキしながら着丼を待ちます。
ちょうど５分ほどで着丼です。
熱いというリサーチ情報があったので、神経を集中して蓮華でそーっとスープを飲みます。
確かに熱い。けど熱いからこそ美味いです。たっぷり野菜です。ひき肉もたっぷりです。
麺の茹で加減がいいですね。スープとよく絡んでいます。
量も多いですね。食べごたえがあります。
時間をかけてゆっくり食べましたが、食べ終わるまでスープは熱々です。
食べ飽きない一杯、次回はライスも付けていただきます。
