長岡に行った時は必ず食べに伺います。やはりお米がおいしい新潟県、ネタとお米のバランス言うことありません。金目鯛の当たりの日は、どのお魚よりもおいしいです。とりあえずこんなにおいしい金目鯛のお寿司はここ以外で食べた事ありません。こはだも絶妙、甘エビも白子もいくらでも食べれるのではないかしら、と思ってしまう程すっと入ります。気さくなご夫婦が営んでいらして、真面目に誠実にお仕事をしてらして、こういうお店には行きつづけたいです。東京で絶対この値段では満足できないでしょうね。
