以前、酒場放浪記で吉田類師匠が訪れたお店です。
前々から行ってみたかったので、今回
用事で長岡を訪れた夜に行って来ました。
我々が店の入り口に着くと、酒の強そうなお姉さん方が
ちょうど店を出る頃で、とても満足した彼女達の
様子に期待感が走ります。
お店に入ったのは、遅かったので、
我々と、しばらく後からきた一組のグループだけでした。
温かいおしぼりをいただき、早速お酒とクーポンの
串焼きチーズ乗せを頼み、続いてとりわさ、馬刺、
うずら焼き、白子ポン酢に串焼きの皮とレバーを注文しました。
串焼きチーズ乗せは、チーズがとろけておいしかったです。
とりわさや馬刺も、クセがなくてサイコーです。
白子ポン酢は、家族の希望したものなので、
一口もらいましたが、ミルキーな味わいは
魚介類好きにはたまらない美味しさなのだなと
感じました。
うずら焼きや若鶏の皮の串焼きも、普段食べる
鶏肉とは違い、新鮮で甘みがあり、柔らかい食感でした。
流石にビッキを食べる勇気はありませんでしたが…
次に行く機会があれば頼んでみたいです。
