ボクは42歳になりました。昨年ですけれど。
高校生のころというと今から24年前。
その頃、ココへよく通っていました。
「キャラメルママ」。
americanpopな喫茶店。
看板にはAmerikanBarの文字。
今気づいたけどAmerican？Amerikan。
どちらでもいいけれど。笑
日曜日の夜、ふらっと寄ってみました。
変わりのない店内、変わりのない雰囲気。
ここ当時から外国人が集まるお店。
そんなところも変わりない。
学生の頃よく食べていた和風スパゲッティ。
大根おろしと貝割れとツナと刻み海苔そして醤油をかけていただく。
ちょっと変わったのが高菜がaccentに入っていた。
これがちょっと進化。
よく家で真似して作っていたスパゲッティ。
昔を思い出します。
お店も味も懐かしくて心地よい日曜日の夜でした。
