コロナ禍の現在でもほぼ満席になってしまう人気店。コロナ禍じゃないと予約なしではなかなか入れないんじゃないでしょうか。今回は予約なしでも運良く座れました。
ここに来た目的は、もつ鍋。そろそろ肌寒い夜になってきて、鍋が恋しくなり始めた季節。そうなったら、もつ鍋です。長岡の街中でもつ鍋を売りにしているのはここ以外知りません。もつ鍋の出汁は醬油味。もつとキャベツとニラともやしが具材です。本場の福岡ではもやし、入っていなかったな。ニラともつも量が少ないけれど、１人前７００円なので仕方ありません。
このスープがおいしいので、〆まで楽しみになります。
このほか焼き鳥のお任せやなす焼き、生サンマの刺し身などをいただき、瓶のキリンラガーや吉乃川、じゃんげなどを飲み、最後はご飯と卵を鍋に入れておじゃです。
最高！ 〆も含めてもつ鍋、最高。
