新潟港での見学からの帰り道。
すんごく久しぶりにこちらに。
休日の７時過ぎ、いわゆるゴールデンタイム、です。
入れるかなぁ、と心配しながら来ましたが、なぜかガラガラ！
以前はすごく混んでいたイメージがあったので、ビックリ、です。
不況の影響なんでしょうか！？
ビックリです。
広めの居酒屋さんです。
縄のれんをくぐると、右手にカウンター、左手側と奥に、小上がりがあります。
黒生ビールとノンアルコールのカクテルで乾杯。
突出しが旨いね。
魚のすり身を甘辛く煮つけたものでしょうか。
いろいろお願いしました。
どれも平均点、かな。
ところが、タコのから揚げがひどかった。
油切れも悪いし、噛み切れないし、食べる前から、
「これは・・・・？」 と思うような代物です。
食べなくても、見るだけでもわかりそうなものです。

油の温度が低かったんでしょうか？
素人のバイトさんが揚げたんでしょうか？
あまりにひどい代物でした。 悲しかったよぉ。
どうしたんだろうね。
どうしたんだろ、と言えば、好物のかんぴょう巻。
味がしません。
かんぴょうも細いし、これなら某かっぱ○し、のほうが、
約２．３倍くらいうまいです。
活気のある料理自慢のお店、というイメージがあったんですが…。
とても残念な〆ご飯でした。
