平日は５時からだが、日曜・祭日は午後３時からやっている。黄金週間だから、明るいうちから飲むのも一興と、まだ空の青いうちから入店。
景虎「龍」の冷酒。つきだしはうど。酢味噌和えと皮の油いため。いっつもゆでて丼で食べたりしているから珍しくもないが、こうしてちょこっと盛ってツマミにすると抜群だね。風薫る五月万歳。気分もゴールデンだよ。
ホタルイカ刺身。さすが寿司屋の刺身だ。小さいホタルイカのワタを取って開いてくちばしや目もとって盛られてきた。この一仕事が味に違いを出す。本日一番の出来。
焼き鳥とかアスパラベーコンとか、無難に頼んで冷酒お代わり。イカの肝焼きは初めて食べた。キモそのものをたっぷりの油でしょうゆ焼きにしたものだが、えぐみも臭みもない。旨いものだ。 今度作ってみたい。
同席者のためにカプレーゼかっちゃん風。これは仕方ない。トマトが露地でできるようになれば、ぐんと旨くなるだろう。〆の寿司は、ははは、シャリは旨いんだがなあ。
深酒せず、きょうはこれでおしまい。お会計は一人ほぼ3000円。
