2010-11-0111:50:00鈴多食堂テーマ：ラーメン 中越チャーシューメン
長岡市（旧栃尾市商店街）にあります鈴多食堂。
プロバスケの新潟アルビレックスＢＢ-埼玉ブロンコスの試合を観戦する為に旧栃尾にお邪魔しました。旧栃尾の雁木造りの商店街を歩いているとお店の前にはおかもちの付いたバイクとソフトクリームの飾りが目に入り入店、お店は新潟ローカルながらテレビ局や雑誌などの取材を受けた際の記事や色紙が貼ってあったりして、人気のお店であることが見て取れます。
おすすめメニューにもあったチャーシューメンをオーダー♪
まず目を引くのが麺が見えないほどスープを覆うチャーシューの数々、薄切りだけどタップリスープと馴染んで美味しかったです。
画像では見えないですが・・・(^▽^;)
麺は細麺でやややわらかめで自家製麺らしいです。スープはパッと見ると醤油色で濃そうに見えるんですが透明度も高いあっさりとして古きよき中華そば風♪
最後まで飲み干せる美味しい一杯でした。(^_^)v
