２０２０・０８月　病気も安定しており、恒例通りに行きました、流しそうめん卓は　２／４で営業です。
　
　流しそうめんの食した感想は、流水が冷たくて大変美味しいです。
　
　別で山菜そばもいただきました、甘じょっぱくこれも美味しいです。
　
　山ぶどうジュースも少し飲みました、甘くて濃厚でこれまた美味です。

　今年はこの状況下で営業していて、大変感謝しております、ありがとうございました。

　ＰＳ：テイクアウトで、時期の「山菜」（３００円）と、

　　　　要相談ですが、４種類の「獣肉」（１００ｇ／１０００円）とかも有ります。

２０１８・７月　来ました、夏の食欲が落ちた時、そうめんを冷たい天然水でいただくために。

　今回は　そうめん５人前注文、数十分後来ました。

　食した感想は、相変わらず「超美味」です、ごちそうさまでした。

　他のメニューが減りましたが、流しそうめんは健在です、本当にありがとうございます。

　その後近くの温泉で、無料足湯につかり、

　近くの道の駅で「十字屋」の醤油パンと酒粕まんじゅうをお土産に購入、

　秘境めし、温泉、おやつ、を短時間で満喫してきました。

２０１７・０８・某日　１３時頃到着、毎年恒例の流しそうめんです。

　県外の人も来てまして、４卓が満席　約４０分待ちでしたが、

　家族が食べれて良かったです。

長岡市天然水流しそうめん

全国名水１００選に選ばれた、新潟県長岡市栃尾地区刈谷田川ダム付近に在る食堂です。

　この時期冷たい物が美味しいので、水温１０度の日本２００名山　守門岳天然水で

　いただく流しそうめん大変おいしかったです。

　値段は一人前５００円からオーダー出来ます、サイドメニューは山菜天ぷら６００円、

　ニジマスの焼き物４００円（岩魚・鮎も　時価円で）、鯉料理、

　骨酒、山ぶどうジュース、等が注文出来ます。

　冬は暖かい　カモ・シカ・タヌキ･イノシシなどの獣鍋が有ります。
