こんにちは亀治です。今日の新潟は酷い暑さでした。夏本番という感じでちょっと川魚でも食べてみたくなりました。
伺ったのは新潟県長岡市にある、ドライブイン刈谷田というお店です。長岡市と言っても栃尾の方でかなりの山の中です。
山の中のドライブインという感じで、メニューは山菜や川魚、キノコ、夏はそうめん等もあります。
今日は山菜盛り定食と活アユの塩焼きを注文しました。
山菜盛り定食は、文字通り山菜づくしでゼンマイ、こごみ、ウド、蕗の薹等や山菜の味噌の炒め物も付いてました。山菜美味しかったです。
また、今日のお目当ては川魚で久しぶりに食べたアユ美味しかったです。
内臓まで綺麗に頂きました。頭と尾と骨とヒレは食べませんでした。
景色もよくて外では流しそうめんみたいな場所もありました。
景色のいいドライブインでした。
