夕方6時過ぎに来訪。
マスターが「お疲れさん」と、気持ちよく迎えてくれる。
店内はカウンター6席程と、奥に小上がりが2卓程あります。
先客は3名、皆さん地元の方と思われます。
飲み物は日本酒が品数多いですね。
今日は、水のようにクイクイ呑みたかったので、米焼酎の水割りにします。
この焼酎も地元の酒蔵で造られたもので、飲み口スッキリ、普段はなかなかお目にかかれない。
おつまみ1品目は、今が旬の新さんま、脂が程よくのって、ハラワタも美味。
周りのお客様が注文していた枝豆もオススメのようです。
あと、クジラ料理が目についたので、頼んでみる。
鯨の心臓刺身は、とてもコリコリ、癖はそれほど無い、ごま油の塩タレとよく合う。
そして、一番印象に残ったのはクジラ汁。
クジラの皮に近い脂がのった部分を薄くスライスしたものと、白く透き通った夕顔の果肉との相性が抜群。
クジラの旨味とコッテリ感がとても美味しい。
アットホームな雰囲気で、カウンターのお客さん同士が仲良くなれそうな、居心地の良いお店ですね。
