新潟の回転寿司は、ネタが良くてコシヒカリでシャリも良いので基本的なレベルが高い。豊洲市場からの本マグロも直送されていて、大トロやマグロや甘エビやサーモン、えんがわ、そしてズワイカニ、どれも美味かったです。普段は江戸前寿司も良いけど、やはり寿司は北陸とか東北で食べたい派です。すし道楽でも小千谷店はいつもネタがいい。
