こんばんは亀治です。新潟県見附市にある、味のふじさわと言うお店に行ってきました。
このお店は町の食堂という感じです。
メニューはカレー、ラーメン類、丼物、定食等いろいろあります。
今回はカツカレーを注文しました。
大きめのお皿に多めのご飯とカツがのり、たっぷりのカレーがかけてあり、福神漬けと沢庵が箸休め？で添えてありました。さらに、お椀になみなみの味噌汁が出てきました。
カツは差ほど厚くなかったのですが柔らかくて食べやすかったです。
カレーは濃厚であまり辛くなく美味しかったです。ただ、具がお肉が少々で、人参や玉ねぎ、ジャガイモなどを期待したのですが、入ってなくてちょっと物足りなかったです。
それでも全体的には量も多めでしたし、味も良かったです。
