カツ丼 大盛り ¥950
この日は富山と新潟を往復
朝は高岡、昼は見附市、夕方は黒部
合間にランチで初訪問
外観も内観も和の良い雰囲気
中に入ると威勢の良い奥さんがいらっしゃい
色々有る中で、勝手にカツ丼選手権を開催中のため
カツ丼を注文しました
料理を待っている内にほぼ満席になるほどの
地元に愛される人気店
各々色々と注文が飛び交う中
料理が出てきました
丼から大きく盛り上がったカツ綴じ
カツはそこまで厚くは無いですが大きくて
丼いっぱいに敷き詰められて美味しそう
ふわとろの玉子綴じが
ご飯にしっかりダシも染みていますが
染み過ぎてい無いので、ご飯は粒がしっかりして
箸でもグッと一体で持ち上がります
とても美味しかったです
みそ汁と漬け物の味付けも付け合わせに
ちょうど良かったです
また機会が有れば寄らせていただきたいです
