富山０６「銀しゃり番頭」さんは新潟のローカル回転寿司♪富山の旅も最終回。
光物三昧 鰺、〆サバ、イワシ。
鰺、切り身は小さめです。
〆サバ、脂は多くありませんがよくできています。
イワシ、脂が乗っています。
ヒラメだったと思います。
シャリ小で注文しています。
ブリです。
ブリの腹身、脂が多くて美味しい～！
マダラの白子
濃厚で美味しい白子、ブラボー！

コノシロではなくて、いいサイズのコハダです。
甘海老
てっきり国産かと思いきや、違うそうなので国産を再注文です。
南蛮海老 新潟で取れる甘海老は、地元で南蛮海老というそうです！
太くて、甘くて、タマラン甘海老です！
中トロだったかと、思います。
スジが強めですが、舌触りは悪くありません。
