開店30分前に伺うと、ポールポジション。
店員さんが出てきて、中待合で食券を買って待つように案内された。
生姜しょうゆ一本勝負が清いね。
麺量は、普通、大盛、特盛があって、大盛のチャーシュー麺1,350円をチョイス。
それからどんどんお客さんがやってきて、開店時には10人程。
厨房の前のカウンター席に案内された。
スタッフさんが調理する姿が窺える。
並べられた、丼に少しずつスープが注がれていく。
麺は平ザルで。
数分で、若い女性の店員さんが「お待たせしました！チャーシュー麺大盛です！」と元気な声でラーメンを運んできた。
まず目を引くのは丼のデカさ。
直径30センチ位ありそうな丼にたっぷりチャーシューが入っている。
めちゃくちゃ旨そう！
頂きます！
まずはスープ。
コク深い醤油スープに生姜の香りが効いていて、旨い。
ごくごく飲んでしまう。
麺は、プリプリの中太麺で、力強いスープを持ち上げてくれる。
そして、たっぷり入ったチャーシュー。
こちらが絶品。
薄切りの脂が乗ったものや、肉質しっかりしたものなど、しっかり味がして最高に旨い。
かなりの量入ってた。
美味かったし、店員さんの接客も素晴らしかった。
リピ確定。
