正油ラーメン 大盛り 1050円 初訪問
生姜醤油ラーメンは青島食堂で食べて以来およそ20年振りくらい
スープの印象はすっかり忘れたけど麺の加水率が高かったことが印象的でした
普段は日曜のラーメン屋さんで並ぶのは避けているけど
頻繁に来れる場所ではないので今回は並びました
40分ほど並んで着席 店内に入ると外観から想像していたより席数は少なく狭い印象
メニューはラーメンとチャーシュー麺と餃子のみ
競争の激しいラーメン屋さんでこれだけの品数で勝負できるのが凄い
正油ラーメン大盛りが到着 器がかなりの大きさ
先ずはスープ 生姜の風味がいいです 醤油はガツンときてかなり主張をしています
麺の加水率は高くなく中太の縮れ麺 ストレートでもう少し加水率が低い方が好みかな
麺を食べ終わると大量のスープが残ります 塩分濃いめなのでスープは控えめにしました
久しぶりの生姜醤油ラーメンだったけど来れて良かったです
腹は8分目くらいだけどかなり腹持ちの良いラーメンでした。
