新潟旅行3杯目★
新潟ご当地麺のひとつ、生姜醤油！
土日は10時からやっててありがたいです。
ブランチで訪問。

2016年10月リニューアルオープン。
長岡市堺東町、飲食チェーンなどの
郊外店舗が立ち並ぶエリアにあります。
黒×ウッド調のオシャレな外観。
行列必至の人気店のようですが、運が良いのか、
10:30頃行ったら10分も待たず入れました！
入ってすぐの券売機(ボタンが大きい方)で
食券を購入して店内へ。
カウンターとテーブル席がある開放的な空間。
キッチンも広そうです(^^)
メニューは、長岡名物の
生姜醤油ラーメン1本のみ。
1月までは塩味もあったようですが、
現在は醤油味のみになっています。

豚ゲンコツのパンチと生姜やネギ類の爽やかさ♫
朝にちょうど良いスッキリ感＼(^^)／
噛みしめる系チャーシューも美味しい♡
大盛りだと、どデカいどんぶりでした！
何の気なしにオーダーしてたらビックリしてたな笑
餃子がぷっくりぽってり系で美味しそうでしたよ。
今年の春、2号店をオープンするなど
かなり勢いのあるお店ですね！
