こちらの道の駅は、規模はそんなに大きなく、どちらかと言うと、農作物を中心に扱っている感じ。
そんな中、こちらで見つけた、万代そばのカレー、レトルト。メディアで取り上げられたことで話題となったあのカレーが売っていました。
1.5人前。どうやら万代カレーは、ボリューミーなカレーで有名らしいので、それに合わせて1パック1.5人前にしてるっぽい。
忠実に再現したというカレー。正直、味はチープ。昔のカレー…給食のカレーみたいな。それをスパイスで底上げしてるってな。硬めだけど、チキンがゴロッと入っていたのは良かった。
確かに、素朴なカレーを食べたいときにはオススメだとは思うけど。
で、そんなカレーをせんべいにした新商品もありました。一口サイズのぼんち揚げが、万代そばのカレー味になっているというもの。レトルトで食べたカレーよりも味は良かったかなって。ただ、ぼんち揚げが少し油っぽかった。
