【注文】うま辛つけ麺920
うま辛は好みの辛さをレベル0から3で選択可。レベル1で注文。
基本は冷盛。
麺は標準が400gですが、麺少なめ280gにするとワンタンが2個サービスになる。
また、今は小千谷産の新麦を使用しているため、50円プラス。
13時、奇跡的に待ちなく着席、10分ほどで着丼。
先に麺が、続いてグツグツ煮立ったつけ汁が！
見るからに辛そう、熱そう。
麺は全粒粉の中太麺。
さてスープへ、思ったより辛くないかも、全粒粉の麺がコシがあり、風味も強く、スープに負けてない（＾ω＾）うま辛だ…。
って思ったのはふた口まで、辛さがじわじわと身体を侵食。
スープにはもやし、めんま、きくらげ、ころチャーシュー、自分には味わっている余裕ななし。
途中、卓上の追いぶしを投入、味は深みを増しました(^^;;
最後、連れの醤油つけ汁でいただきましたが、物凄く甘く感じた。
美味しくいただきました。
