私は、久々の訪問ですが、
移住した両親が揚げたて食べてみたいと
言うので行ってみましょ〜
霧雨、GW中の平日ということもあり
空いていました
早速、外のキッチンカーでネギのせを注文
星野屋のこはく醤油をかけてと
道の駅店内でも食べてOKと言われて
店内へ。
まだ、昼前で座れました
さあてお味は・・
サクサク、アツアツ、こはく醤油がいい塩梅に
ネギと鰹節をしめらせていますね
なんてジューシーな油揚げなんでしょう♡
ここでビールをグビっといきたいが、
運転があるのでがまん、がまん
道の駅内の食堂にも油揚げ定食ありますが、
親戚いわくキッチンカー？みたいな
建物で買う方が美味しいとか。
星野屋のこはく醤油は、色は薄めですが、
味はしっかりあるので、かけすぎ注意です！
美味しくいただきました♡

店内お土産売り場で、購入した景虎饅頭は
飲み物必須ですw
ショコラはしっとり系でした♡
