長岡市の【スペンディオ】へ。イタリア料理を中心にした居酒屋です。
・アンチョビとサラダのマリネ
まずは野菜でさっぱりと。紅芯大根のラペのシャキシャキとした中に塩気のあるアンチョビでお酒が進みます。
これに合わせたのはヒューガルデン。マイルドで軽いベルギーのホワイトエールで。
（私としてはモレッティとかイタリアのビールもあるといいなぁ。）
・トリッパのトマト煮込み
トリッパ（ハチノス：牛の第二胃袋）がイタリア料理店であると必ず頼みます。
バゲットに載せて。クニュとした独特の歯ごたえとともに、チーズとトマトの風味に合わさった淡白な味わい。寒い日には煮込み料理、いいですね。ε-(´∀｀*)ホッ
これには赤ワインを。さらにお酒が進みます。
・フランス産鴨のロースト
メニューの中では値が張りますが(1,600円）、肉料理が食べたかったので奮発してチョイス。
脂身が少なく引き締まった肉で、噛みしめるごとに旨みが溢れます。
・スプマンテ＋カンパリ
〆も近づいたのでイタリアらしさのあるお酒を軽めに。
・佐渡産牡蠣とキャベツのクリームペンネ
〆にはパスタを。ボリュームがあります。
牡蠣は小ぶりながらソースと相まってクリーミー。ペンネにもよく絡んで食べ応えがありました。
前菜で軽く飲むのも良し、アラカルトでフルで食べるもよし。カジュアルに使える、いいお店です。
