こんなお店ができたんですね。
ゼンマイ煮もんの多菜田定食を食べました。
煮物、ゴーヤのサラダ、漬物、南蛮味噌、トン汁っぽい汁（けんちん？）ご飯。煮物の身欠きにしんの脂の乗りが「身欠きにしんってこんなにうまかった？」と思わせてくれる。そうだな、干からびたニシンのミイラなんだけど、食べ物は水分飛ばすと味が凝縮して旨みが増すことを思い起こさせてくれました！
そして、「車麩」はＮＨｋ「うまい！」で先日見たばかり。その本場の煮物を食べさせていただきました。
あとの料理も本当においしい。「かかの味」＊長岡弁お母さんの味）を堪能しました。
しいて言えば、ご飯の水加減がちと多いかな。軟らかめでした。
最後に〆で「かぐらなんばんアイスクリーム」をデザートに。これまた真っ赤に完熟した南蛮入りの、おいしいアイスクリームでした。帰りの車の中で「少しだけピリッ」とした後味を感じ「お～南蛮だ」と妙に感心しました。
そうそう忘れちゃいけない！接客のおばちゃん（失礼）最高の対応。きびきび、元気良く、笑顔満面、対応会話がＴＰＯにマッチ、こんな接客見たことないよというくらい気持ちよくて「座布団3枚」あげたくなりました。
