新潟の山古志。
本当は、お蕎麦を食べに「為蔵」さんに向かうも、まだオープンしていなかった。
まだ、雪があるので、仕方なし。
そこで、姉妹店らしいこちらへ。
こちらでもお蕎麦を食べられるらしいので。
お店に入ると、先客2組。
メニューを見ると、蕎麦もあるけど、多菜田定食が気になる。
天ぷらコースだと、今の時期は山菜がメイン？かなと。
そこで予定を変更して、多菜田定食天ぷらコースをチョイスしました。
ご飯のおかわり自由だそうです。
天ぷらは、山菜がいっぱい！
期待していた通りの天ぷらでした。
コゴミ（コゴメ）、コシアブラ、ヤーコンなどなど。
そして、漬物のワラビがうまい！
コゴミのゴマ和えもこれまたうまい。
山菜好きの私にはぴったりでした。
ただ、1200円は、ちょっと財布に痛いかな～。
