長岡駅から徒歩圏内にあり、〆ラー候補店がかたまってるエリアの中でも、味が美味しく、営業時間が長くて利用しやすい人気店で、自分たちで満席になりました。危なかったー。
和風や塩や味噌もありますし、料理メニューも多いので、あっさり食べたい方も、まだ〆たくない方も大丈夫です。
・ラーメン 800円
ラーメンという名前ですが、家系ラーメンです。コシのある太麺に、ほうれん草・チャーシュー・海苔というまさに家系のトッピングです。
スープは鶏と豚の濃厚スープに醤油を加えて鶏油を浮かべてあります。
遅くまでやっている〆ラーの選択肢の1つという以上に、飲まずにお昼に頂いても美味しいラーメンだと思います。
個人的には、長岡駅の〆ラーの中で3位までには入ります。こってり系の中では一番ですね♪
・濃厚魚介豚骨ラーメン 1000円
つけ麺にあるつけだれのような味のスープです。麺は家系のラーメンと同じです。
個人的にはデフォルトのラーメン（家系ラーメン）のほうが好みですし、柿屋さんの看板メニューなのかなと思います。
次も美味しかった家系ラーメンを頂くかなと思います。ご馳走さまでした。
