友人との飲みの後に2軒目として訪問。
まずはビールとつまみでニラレバ炒めを。
ニラレバの他にも料理をオーダーしたが、
どれも美味しく頂けたと思う。
1件目で散々飲んだので味の記憶が…。
〆でラーメンをオーダー。
個人的には家系ラーメンは少々苦手だ。
理由は豚骨がこってり過ぎて、本家の様な
醤油の"キレ"を感じる店が少ない気がする。
ただ、こちらは比較的あっさりとしており、
醤油と豚骨の旨みもバランス良くて、
〆としては丁度良い感じで美味しく頂けた。
