本場の讃岐うどんは食べたこと無いのですが、イメージしていたツルコシ系では無かったです！
どちらかと言うとふわもち食感の手打ち麺でした。
天ざるうどんと、鍋焼きうどんを注文しましたが、個人的に鍋焼きうどんにこのふわもち麺がよく合っていて、柔らかめの食感がお好きな方は好みなんじゃ無いかなぁと思います♪
