栃尾に油揚げを食べに来ました。
店内は入ると右手に商品があるショーケース、左手に客席が少しあり、揚げたてを味わう事ができるようになっています。
250円で、油揚げ1枚がカットされて、ネギと鰹節が乗っています。
お箸も出してくださるので、すぐ食べる事ができます。
おぼろ豆腐は、1人前のはずですが、2人で行ったので、もう1人前サービスしてくださいました。
嬉しい・・・
お味は、とてもしっとりして美味しい！
小林総本舗というと、県内のスーパーでも商品を見ることができますが、お店で食べる事が出来る商品は、もっと良い物のようです。
国産大豆を使っているらしく、しょうゆを付けなくても、味があります。
ちなみに、この辺の方は、油揚げを食べるのに、出汁醤油を使うみたいです。
こちらのお店にあったのは、「蘭」という出汁醤油。
普通のしょうゆしか付けたことなかったのですが、確かに出汁醤油合いますね。
豆腐や油揚げの味を引き立てます。
気楽に食べれて、しかもこのお値段。
何件か回ったのですが、店ごとに味が微妙に違い、面白いです。
