見附市内で仕事の後昼食で訪問 イングリッシュガーデンに隣接するホテル たまにはホテルのレストランで食事をしようと駐車場へ
ホテルを入って進んでいくと，レストランの入口で女性スタッフに人数を聞かれ，席に案内される
ランチのお肉コース(1300円）にした ライスを大盛りにできるか聞くと，「はい，ご用意できます」とのことなのでお願いする これは無料だった
12時10分頃 とても落ち付いた雰囲気の店内 大きな窓から庭園が見える お客さんは5分程度の入りかな
まずノンアルコールのアペリティフが運ばれる なんだったっけな？ ほんのり甘くて酸味のあるドリンク 冷たくて美味しい
次にスープとサラダ スープはミネストローネ サラダの野菜はシャキッとして新鮮
ややあってメインのポークソテーカルバドス風味とライスが来た カルバドスって確かリンゴが原料のブランデー 甘く煮たリンゴが乗っている
ソテーをカットして一口 さっぱりしてる ソースが甘くて豚肉は塩っ気が足りない 香りはいい
うーん，これはイマイチ ライスには合わないな パンならまだ合うかも 味を足そうにもテーブルの上に調味料はない
ライスは大盛りだけどほどほどの量 品のいい感じ
食べ終えるとデザートとアイスコーヒー デザートはラ・フランスのシャーベットとブルーベリーなどの入ったゼリー シャーベットはいい香り
全部食べるとちょうどいい量
ごちそうさまでした
こちら，スタッフがオーダーを厨房に通すと周りのスタッフも「イエス」と返す うーん，イングリッシュな感じ
スタッフの接客はとても丁寧だし，店の雰囲気もいい
あとは味がもう少し好みだったらなあ ちょっと自分には上品過ぎて（笑）
