平日だが春休み期間だったか : Saizeriya

March 2024 "Lunch - Shrimp and cod roe doria 500 yen" We thought we were going to have a quick lunch at Saizeriya, but unexpectedly it was full. It's a weekday, why is it so crowded? Did they even feature Saizeriya on local TV? However, it will take about 3 minutes. I ordered the shrimp and cod roe doria as part of the lunch set, and as I looked around the restaurant, I noticed that it was pretty crowded. Tomorrow is the exam day for public high schools. That's why all the high school students left school early. Also, are college students on spring break? Now that the mystery is solved, please feel free. Thank you for the 500 yen lunch. High school students will definitely come at this price. There are also combinations of age groups that look like grandfathers or grandmothers. I guess the old man will buy something for you.

December 2023 ``Pasta Lunch ~ Meat Sauce Bolognese Style'' 500 yen Thank you for your continued support. I wanted to eat something with a cheap texture, not rice or Ramen (I'm not interested in bread). I thought Napolitan would be good, but I couldn't think of a restaurant with a parking lot where I could eat Neapolitan, so I went to Saizeriya when I was in trouble. It comes with salad and soup and costs 500 yen including tax, an amazing value for money. Robust flavor with cheese and meat sauce. A guy who looks like a garnish on a Bento (boxed lunch) is proudly taking center stage. It's okay, I wanted to eat something like this today. Looks good for digestion too. It was busy even on weekdays.

September 2023 "Demi-glace Hamburg lunch" 500 yen We are continuing our austerity lunch with a straight face. If that's the case, then Saizeriya is a must. We are still offering lunch for 500 yen. Hamburg comes with a choice of onion sauce or demi-glace sauce, and comes with salad and soup. The rice is an SDGs set that reduces waste by choosing between regular, small, and large rice. The salad is coleslaw salad. The soup is self-service consommé soup. Even if you buy similar retort products at the supermarket, it will probably cost you 500 yen. This service is like magic, as you don't have to worry about heating it up, serving it, or washing the dishes. Moreover, it is a comfortable space with air conditioning. I think Saizeriya is an amazing company.

June 2023 "Lunch Meat Sauce Bolognese Style 500 yen" It's simple, but it comes with a salad, and even though it's self-serve, you can even drink consommé soup. The meat sauce pasta has enough noodles. This lunch set costs 500 yen... This has already reached the level of "an interesting store." It is an extremely excellent company as it conducts this service lunch on a nationwide scale. What's more, the Nagaoka Inter store has a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The customer service is polite and unhurried, and the store is not hectic either. I guess it's because the store has been around for a relatively long time. It has a certain style... Thank you for the meal, our hands together.

「温玉載せミラノ風ドリア・ランチ 500円」
　雑用がチラホラとたまってきたので、午後から一挙に片づけることにした。段取ってから、サクッと昼食にしたい。少し軽めがいいかな、とサイゼリヤへ。ランチメニューから、温玉載せミラノ風ドリアをオーダー。
　温玉載せだから、崩すと味がまろやかになる。よく混ぜると、こりゃイタリアンおぢやだね。食べ終えると腹八分目。体が軽い気がする。さてと、フットワークよく雑事をこなすぞ。

2022年2月
「ハンバーグ・オニオンソースのランチセット 500円」
　税込500円のランチが9種類あり、ハンバーグ・オニオンソースを選択。スープ、サラダ、ライスがセットで付く。ハンバーグは牛豚合いびきで、適度なコクがある。
　平日の客層は、外回りのリーマン、年金生活者らしい高齢者夫婦、ジャージ姿の中年といったところで、6～7割の入り。ジャージマンは、おそらく私と同じフレックス労働者だろうなあ。それにしても、いいねえ、税込500円。サンドイッチとお茶買ったって、あっという間に500円だよ。大したもんだよ、サイゼリヤ。お世話になってます。

2021年6月
「ミラノ風ドリア温玉添えランチセット」500円
　いろいろ選べる500円のランチセットから、ミラノ風ドリアのセットをオーダー。299円のドリアに温泉卵を添えて350円になったところへ、ランチのサラダとスープをセットしたものだ。400円のハンバーグにライスまで付けたセットと比べると、コストパフォーマンスでは50円以上不利なのだが、そんな細かい損得はこの際忘れようじゃないの。何たって、創業以来の看板メニュー「ミラノ風ドリア」様だよ。さらに温泉卵まで添えちゃっている豪華版だよ。昭和の開業時には行列ができた代物だよ。
　スープ・スタンドでコンソメスープをセルフサービスし、まずはサラダを楽しむ。ふふーん、ベジタブル・ファーストで太りにくいじゃーん。ちょうどの頃合いに、ミラノ風ドリア登場。混ぜて食べれば、おおヴォーノ！自分のほっぺたに人差し指をぐりぐりしたいところだぜ。
　食べ終えたら、お代わり自由のランチスープの二杯目をコーヒー代わりにゆっくり楽しむ。…うーむ、我ながらラストシーンがケチ臭いぜ。

2020年7月
「スパイシートマトハンバーグ・ランチセット 税込500円」
　平日ながらランチはほぼ満席。それもそのはず、10種類くらいのランチが、税込500円なのだ。パスタもドリアもハンバーグ・セットも税込500円！別に感謝デーでも何でもないのに、ランチ500円。ずーっと500円。えらいなあ。
　スパイシートマトハンバーグ・セットは、ハンバーグにほうれん草とコーンの付け合わせが付いた上に、スープにサラダにライスがセットなのだよ。
　私が小中学生だった昭和には…、(はい、ここからおじさんの回想が始まりますよー)入れる洋食店は大和デパートくらいしかなかったし、たぶん大和の食堂だとこういうメニューは1500円くらいはしたろうな。(何の根拠もありませんが)
　これが500円だよ、あーた。向かいのテーブルでパスタなんか食べてるおばちゃん二人組の肩をバンバン叩いて「すごいよねっ」て言いたい気分。あー、おいしかった。これで老後も安心だ。なーにが老後は2000万円必要ですだ。サイゼリアがあればなんとかなる。体だけは丈夫なように、今日からウォーキング始めよっと。

2012年11月
キャベツのペペロンチーノ \399

　平日夜遅くでも大変混んでいます。安いですからね。子連れの女性もいっぱいいますね。メニューの多さと、値段の安さで使い勝手の良いサイゼリア。値段の割に味もそこそこ。

…のはずだったのに、やっちまいました。メニューをよく検討しなかったせいです。基本的に冷凍物なので、麺で勝負のペペロンチーノなんか頼んじゃダメでした。それにキャベツも、冷凍だと歴然と味が落ちるので。こってりソースのかかった物にすれば、結構イケたはずなのに…。
今スーパーマーケットで冷凍のパスタを買うと、結構おいしいんです。魚介系の具は冷凍なんて全然気になりませんし、カルボナーラとかトマトクリームなんて実においしいソースが多いのです。

ただ、ペペロンチーノは厳しいです。麺にコシがないし、アルデンテなんて絶対無理。
悲しい夕食になりました。
