身体が豚骨ラーメンモード
新潟は生姜や背脂は多いが
王道の豚骨ラーメンは少なく
博多豚骨ラーメンを求め来店。
裏道から入ることもあり
かなりの積雪。
入りにくい状況だが、一般道だから仕方ないのか？
店内はお昼時、4組くらいで待ちはなし。
テーブル席もひとつ減っており
二組のテーブル席と
厨房前のカウンター席が6席ほど
黒とんこつをバリカタで注文。
5分とかからず着丼。
博多とんこつラーメン。
スープも極細麺も博多風でとても美味。
極細麺は新潟で出会ったことなく
ここが初めて出会い、三度目の来店。
麺のコシもあり白濁の豚骨スープも
あっさり目で飲み干せる美味さ。

美味しかったのでまた来店します。
