[男前☆飛雄馬 総本店]さんにお邪魔しました❗️
豊富なメニューは太さと硬さを聞かれます。
今回は背脂花びらチャーシュー塩をオーダー( ﾟ∀ﾟ)人(ﾟ∀ﾟ )麺は細麺硬めでお願いしましたー！
豪快な見た目！花びらチャーシューは数あれど、これだけ分厚い豚の切り落としは珍しいですね( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ、モヤシもほのかに味が付いていてシャッキシャキで美味しい。
豚骨の強い旨味、隠されたかのように後味に煮干しを感じる気がします(笑)
細麺は22番だそうですが、食べ応えは十分‼️塩味がかなりはっきりしていて、麺に良く絡んで美味しいです( *´艸)
コロナの影響か、来店時は私一人でした(´･(ｪ)･｀)
