千葉から長岡に新幹線で墓参りに行った際に、長岡駅のなかを歩いていると通路に出店していました。10時過ぎに到着したため、まだショーケースに配置中でした。去年まで長岡に住んでいた女房はユニークな店名と美味しいことを知っていて「帰りには多分ないかいら今のうちに買おう」ということになりました。
20時頃に自宅に戻り、ようやく食べることができました。「かぼちゃ」をくり抜いたプリンです。かぼちゃが柔らかく、中身のプリンは上品な甘さで、あっという間に完食です。
