宮内～近くて遠い店

昼の訪店は初めてです。
夜は２年前、引っ越し途中で立ち寄ったログがありました。
家から至近の飲食店ですが、なかなか訪店しません。
１２時１０分に到着、先客で６人待ち。
記名して順番に待つシステム。
５分ほどでカウンター御案内。
入口に除菌スプレー、検温ナシ、店内換気は出入り口未開放。
カウンター・テーブルにパーテーションがアリ、通常席配置との差は不明。
東京ラボ全とろ麻婆麺８８０円にランチ唐揚げセット１９８円。
２０分で配膳。
麻婆麺は山椒が効いていて、熱々な事もあり少し汗ばむ。
麺は中細ストレートで餡と良く絡む。
説明の通り、後半はトロミが弱くなり、スープを食べやすくなった。
唐揚げは胸肉、普通でした。
満席状態の４人オペレーションは大変忙しそうです。
笑顔を絶やさず、丁寧な接客には感心しました。
これは年配者の客が多いのも納得です。
満足＆満腹ごちそうさまでした。

車でのランチが面倒に感じた日。
晩飯の買い物ついでに自転車でコチラの弁当を。
１２時３５分に入店、先客５割の入れ。
入口に除菌スプレー、検温ナシ、店内換気は出入口未開放。
店員が席に案内しようとするのを制して、テイクアウトを告げる。
注文方法はメニューから口頭注文・レジ前清算するシステム。
炒飯＆唐揚げセット５７２円を。
買い物の帰り再度立ち寄り、受け取って帰宅。
さすがに専門店だけあって、炒飯は美味しい。
唐揚げは小ぶりのモノが２個。
満足＆満腹ごちそうさまでした。
