【ラーメン海苔まし (800円)】
新潟家系探索☆
見附の高野家さんに寄ってきました
レビュー等を調べると六角家さん出身との情報なので楽しみです
店舗はコンビニ駐車場の奥にありまして
ナビの住所検索で訪れましたが
最初は行き過ぎてしまい
通りからは少し解り辛い場所にあります
19時過ぎの訪問で先客は1名で後客は5～6名でした
入店して食券を購入します
今回はライスも食べたいと思いラーメン海苔ましとライスを購入しました
カウンターに着席します
お好みは聞かれなかったので、たぶん普通です(苦笑・・)
約9分で着ら～です
お味は
スープはライト豚骨醤油味
豚骨とカエシのバランス型と書くと聞こえが良いですが
個人的には
豚骨感は・・・薄い
カエシは・・・弱い
鶏脂感は・・・弱い
そんな感じでした
麺は地元の近藤製麺を使用
家系専門の製麺所では無いと思いますが
食感的には酒井の麺に近い感じがしました☆
具材は海苔マシなので海苔は大量☆
スープに漬けても溶けること無く食べ応えあります
チャーシューもまあまあですかね
個人的にはスープの所でも書きましたが、ライト過ぎる感じなので
もう少しパンチが出れば良いかな～と思います
地方に根付く家系を作り出してもらえたらな～と思います
