こんばんは亀治です。新潟県見附市にある、高野家と言うお店に行ってきました。
このお店はラーメン屋さんです。家系ラーメンです。
メニューはラーメンで、魚介トンコツやつけめんもあります。
今回は魚介トンコツを注文しました。
スープは家系なのでやはり豚骨醤油でした。あまり、家系ラーメンは食べたことないのですが、まあまあの味でした。欲を言えばもう少しトンコツのコクが欲しかったところです。
麺は中太麺でもちもちしていて美味しかったです。
具材はチャーシュー、ほうれん草等でした。やはり、家系にはほうれん草が良いかなと思いました。
美味しいラーメンでした。
