「ニラレバ炒め700円＋台湾まぜそば700円＋餃子5個500円(テイクアウト・税込)」
休肝日を二日とったし、料理するのも面倒くさくなったのでテイクアウト品を買うことにした。あらかじめ電話で予約しておき、二人分として上記を購入。
台湾まぜそばは時間がたって麺が固まっちゃったので、レンジで1分温めてうずらの卵を1個追加してからほぐした。それぞれとりわけ、辛味はほとんどないのでラー油で各自カスタマイズ。で、缶ビールをプシュッ。平打ち麺が旨い。
ニラレバ炒めは薄味でサッパリ。飽きの来ない味。ビールがススム。500ml缶が3本開いた。あとは発泡酒のレギュラー缶でゆるゆるやろうっと。
