千手交差点の近くにあるパン屋さんです。
ここの生地、面白い。購入したのはあんぱん（税込み１２０円）とあらびきソーセージパイ（１７０円）と旬のイチゴが載っかったデニッシュ（３００円）。あんぱんの生地は、まるで空気が入っているように軽くて手触りもふわふわしている。あんこは少なめだけど、この生地にあってて美味い。
パイ生地の２つのうち、ソーセージパイはサクッとした触感で、中にジューシーなソーセージが入っています。小さいのに少々高いから買うのをためらったんだけど、買って良かった。これ、はまりそう。
イチゴデニッシュのパイ生地は硬いくらいしっかりしていて、食べている途中に崩れるようなことがなく、触感も食べやすさもいい。イチゴのほんのりした酸味も下に塗られたカスタードクリームの甘さとちょうどいいバランス。
いろんな種類のパンがあるので、どれも試してみたくなりました。
