店名のAESIRは北欧神話の神々の総称だそうです。またマスコットにはフクロウも使われていて
福をもたらすと言われることからだそうです。
パン職人35年のキャリアを持つオーナーが2013年オープン。
地元長岡市の米粉を5％ほど混ぜて使っているパン生地が特徴。
お店は、大通りから少し入ったところで、通りの幅は大きいものの車通りは少ない道。
お店から離れたところに駐車場が5台ほどある。
雨の平日、9:40到着、お店にはたくさんのパンが綺麗に並んでいました。
バゲットなどのハード系から、クロワッサンなどデニッシュ系、ドーナツやサンド系も
盛り沢山、先客はなく悠々買い物ができました。

バニラビーンズを利かせあさま控えめな自家製カスタードがたっぷり
あらびきソーセージパイ170円
サクッと食感のパイ生地でシンプルな味のソーセージ包みました。
ザルツあんバター 180円
１地番人気ザルツバターの粒餡入り（北海道小豆100％）
会計は最新式のレジで映像化されたパンを自動認識！お金はお客さんが投入するタイプでした。
これは面白いですね。
イートインでいただきましたが、2階がイートインスペースになっていました。
かなり広めのスペースで、1階の階段下に無料のコーヒーマシンがあり、購入するといただけます。
地元で人気のあるパン屋さんで、どれもコスパに優れたパンでした。
