長岡で人気のパン屋さんで、常に店内にお客さんが居ます。
パンを購入すると、コーヒーが無料で１杯頂け（２杯目から５０円）、２階のイートインスペースでパンと一緒に頂けます。
どのパンも１００円台から２００円代後半までの価格帯のものが多く、美味しいパンがお手軽なお値段なのも魅力です。
２階にはオーブントースターも置いてあるので、リベイクして美味しく頂けます。

お店の人気Ｎｏ.１の看板メニューです。
もっちりとした弾力のある生地でバターを包んで、カリッと焼けた表面には塩がふってあります。
中にあんこが入ったものも販売していましたが、これだけ生地自体が美味しければ、まずはこのまま食べるのがオススメです。
・自家製トマトソースとソーセージのフォカッチャ ２６０円
輪切りにしたソーセージと、ピーマンがのっていて、程よい酸味のある自家製のトマトソースがかかっています。
こちらも美味しく頂きました。
両方美味しかったですが、ザルツバターはとてもオススメです。
