長岡市のパン店【ブレッドアース】へ。
こちら、午前７時開店で、朝食パンが楽しめます。
食パンからフランスパンなどに加え、惣菜パンがずらり。どれにしようかな？
会計を済ませ、イートインのある２階へ。
その途中、コーヒーがサービスということでいただきました。
イタリアの家電メーカー、デロンギ製の全自動コーヒーメーカーで、挽きたてが飲めます。
選んだのはこの三品。
カレーパン、クロワッサン、パリジャン（小さいバゲット）。
クロワッサンは、割ってすぐそれと分かる、バターの香ばしさ。
パリパリッとした歯ごたえも小気味よく、生地の甘さとバターの薫りを楽しみます。
パリジャン（正式な商品名は失念しました）は、ガーリックバターがこれもとてもいい香り。
とろけるバターの濃厚さに、外側の皮はパリッと、中はもっちりとした生地のコントラストを味わいます。
カレーパンのルゥに入っているのは、牛筋かな？
肉汁の旨味ほとばしる！
そして、カレーのスパイシーな香りも良いですね。
帰りに、甘いパンをテイクアウトしました。
こちら、店の外までパンの焼ける香りが漂い、
店に入る前から食欲がそそられました。
いいお店です。
