栃尾の街中からも離れた場所にぽつんとあるカフェです。大きい通りから細い道で少し中に入った場所にあるので前調べしていかないと分かりません。
店内は清潔感があり、ゆったりとした空気が流れています。落ち着く。
ランチは数種類あり、その中で比較的お手頃な黒毛和牛ビーフハンバーグ（税込み１４８５円）をいただきました。
大きな皿にハンバーグと野菜サラダ、そして温野菜が添えられています。この温野菜がいい。かぶやオクラ、カリフラワー、ブロッコリー、にんじん、ビーツなど、地元産の野菜が蒸されているのですが、どれもアクがなく、素材の甘みや味わいがしっかり感じられます。何もつけなくても、そのままで美味しい。これを食べるだけでも来た価値があります。
ハンバーグは細かくひいた肉を使っているので口当たりがまろやか。ソースもまろやかで主張しすぎず、肉そのものを味わえます。
ライスには雑穀が入っていて健康的。これにドリンクがつきます。
